LOS ANGELES, CA DECEMBER 26, 2014 -- An LAPD officer, left, tries persuade Richard Mazzi leave apartment due unsafe living caused by Christmas evening fire at JJ Park Motel that left many residents displaced, six people injured in Westlake area of Los Angeles.
