BOGOTA, COLOMBIA: Employees of the Palace of Justice in Bogota leave their office, 06 November 1985, under police protection, after a M19 movement guerrillas commando occupied the building detaining 10 magistrates of the Supreme Court and State Council and over a 100 people. Government troops attacked on 07 November killing more than 100 people including 11 justices. Following this event, paramilitary death squads were formed to execute Government opponents.
