CHANGSHA, CHINA - MARCH 17: A 57-floor Mini Sky City topped out in 19 days on March 17, 2015 in Changsha, China. Local pre-fabricated constructor Broad Group employed 1,200 workers to assemble the 204 meter, tall building with 180,000-square-meter floor space and eco-friendly technology. Homes in the building will be sold at average 12,000 yuan per square meter (US$178 per square foot). The constructor built a six-floor building in one day at the 2010 Shanghai Expo, a 15-floor hotel in 6 days in 2010, and a 30-floor hotel in 15 days in 2011.
