OYALA, EQUATORIAL GUINEA-JANUARY 13, 2013: Oyala, the new capital of Equatorial Guinea, is being built in the state of Djibloho in the remote eastern jungle of the country, approximately 125 kilometers from the coast. The USD $600-million city project was founded by President Teodoro Obiang, the world’s longest-serving non-royal head of state, and is funded by the country’s oil revenue.
