TORONTO, ON- OCTOBER 18 - Todd Boyce looks eye to eye with the statue of Jeffery Baldwin was unveiled. A Statue and bench in memory of Jeffrey Baldwin is unveiled. Todd Boyce from Ottawa was the driving force behind getting the statue made, along with Belynda Blyth, a representative of Friends of Greenwood Park. The public art work was conceived as a way to recognize the life of Jeffrey Baldwin, a young boy who lived close to Greenwood Park and who passed away under tragic circumstances in 2002. at Air Canada Centre in Toronto.
