Yachting couple view Les Sept Isles

This archipelago of seven islands is only a few miles off the northern Brittany coast but these islands have no permanent inhabitants except for Gannet, Puffin and other seabird colonies. It is a National Reserve and the public are not allowed ashore except at one landing jetty. On the most easterly island there is a huge Gannet colony and viewing is allowed close offshore from boats approaching from Perros-Guirec. The couple in the picture are also keen bird observers and came in their sailing yacht which is anchored just off shore for the night, so the weather conditions needed to be judged carefully.
