Bio:
After graduating from Berklee College of Music with a major in Film Scoring, Matt Gillmer decided to move back to Minneapolis, form a band and become a rock star. Like many musicians, he needed a regular gig to pay the bills, so he began working as an art director. After a decade in the advertising field, Matt created AMP. Not only did he have the right hair, but he could also put his education and advertising experience to better use. Matt has written music for Campbell-Mithun, Carmichael Lynch, Star Tribune, Science Museum of MN, independent films and many others. He has won two Telly Awards for his music.
