An Iraqi woman looks on as Seabees of Naval Mobile Construct
IRAQ - MARCH 27: An Iraqi woman looks on as Seabees of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 21 of Lakehurst, N.J., drive into the Iraqi port city of Umm Qasr. The job of the Seabees, reservists from the tri-state area, was to unload the British freighter Sir Galahad, bringing the first shipment of humanitarian aid to the town of about 40,000 with little food and water and no electricity. The ship was lying offshore while mine sweepers cleared the harbor. (Photo by Todd Maisel/NY Daily News Archive via Getty Images)
