A district judge declared a mistrial in the murder-for-hire case of Fort Worth millionaire T. Cullen Davis (left) and within minutes freed on bond, the defendant who had been jailed since August of 1978. Leaving the Harris County (Houston) jail with Davis is his mistress, Karen Master.
