God Mother of God Particle, scientist Dr Fabiola Gianotti

BENGALURU, INDIA - AUGUST 30: Highly regarded particle physicist Dr Fabiola Gianotti, currently the first woman Director General of CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, based in Geneva. In 2014 she announced the discovery of the Higgs Boson or what is also referred to as The God Particle, hence she is often dubbed as the God Mother of the God Particle. Wearing a traditional Indian flower garland, on August 30, 2019, this Italian scientist visited Indian science city Bengaluru and stood next to the iconic photo of the tubular particle acclerator and participated in the mega science exhibition titled Vigyan Samagam and visited the travelling exhibition.
