Jordanian Archaeologists Unearthing Ancient Tower

(Original Caption) Jordanian workers, trained in archeological work, are seen on the top of a tower which is believed to date back to 7,000 B.C. The discovery was made by members of the British School of Archeology in Jerusalem. The site near the borders of the Dead Sea, contained the remains of human bones, and it is hoped that deeper digging will reveal greater treasures. It has yet to be ascertained whether the tower is resting on more ruins, or a rock base.
