Hartlepool Residents Come Together To Collect Aid For Ukraine

HARTLEPOOL, ENGLAND - MARCH 02: Kathy Dales from Something Positive Solutions, a mental health wellbeing organisation helps to sort donations in a community hub given by people people in Hartlepool who responded after she put out a request to help the people of the Ukraine on March 02, 2022 in Hartlepool, England. Russia invaded Ukraine on 24th February 2022, its actions have met with worldwide condemnation. Communities across Europe are donating aid for the refugees fleeing across the borders into neighbouring countries. Donations including medication, first aid items, blankets, sleeping bags and toiletries are first sorted and boxed up in the community hub in Hartlepool and will subsequently be driven by lorry to support refugees fleeing from Ukraine.
