Remnants of Hurricane Florence Cause Flooding in Fayetteville, N.C.
EAST FAYETTEVILLE, NC SEP 18: Locals gathered at dusk to watch the high water from the Cape Fear River nearly reach the road under the Oscar P. Breece bridge in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. The water levels rose throughout the day and caused other bridges in the area to be closed as water reached the roadbed. The river level is expected to peak sometime Wednesday. -The rainy remnants of Hurricane Florence created conditions that caused local creeks and rivers to rise resulting in flooding in East Fayetteville, North Carolina.
