Motorists queue at a petrol station in Cardiff, Tuesday September 13, 2005, as anxious drivers across the country try to fill up ahead of tomorrows proposed fuel protests. A key figure in the nationwide fuel protest which brought Britain to a standstill five years ago called for panic buying motorists to remain calm today. Welsh farmer Brynle Williams was one of the ringleaders who emerged to spearhead the crippling UK-wide fuel duty protests in September 2000, appealed to drivers to stay calm today, claiming there is "absolutely no need to panic buy".
