Hull Trawlermen's wives 1968
Mr William Good, the cook on the 'Kingston Peridot' trawler, is safe and sound back in his home in Edgecombe Street, Hull. Mr Good was taken ill and taken off the boat in Reykjavik and returned home by air. He slipped and fell on board the trawler during rough weather. It was a slip that probably saved his life. He was in so much pain that Skipper Roy Wilson of the 'Kingston Peridot' decided to get him to hospital. He was put ashore at Reykjavik for an X-ray.
