Chiang Kai-Shek Speaks at Chinese National Assembly Meeting
(Original Caption) Nationalist Chinese president Chiang Kai-Shek appears dwarfed by a mammoth picture of the father of Chinese Democracy, Dr. Sun Yat-Sen, as he speaks before members of the National Assembly and government officials at a meeting marking the 20th anniversary of the promulgation of the Chinese Constitution. Chiang, who reached 80 recently and still appears to be in his usual fine health, was attired in a plain Sun Yat-Sen suit.
