A champion, "Seabiscuit" is led stableward after beating "War Admiral" by four lengths in their great match race over a mile and three sixteenths at Pimlico Track. C.S. Howard's great little Biscuit responded nobly to jockey Woolf's urging and not only beat the Admiral but set a track record in doing so. He traveled the distance in 1:56 3/5. Best previous time was 1:56 4/5.
