(Original Caption) NEW YORK: Penthouse magazine publisher Bob Guccione announced his magazine will defend vendors of the periodical who may be accused of selling pornography under the recent Supreme Court ruling permitting local communities to set obscenity standards. Penthouse has prepared a legal team which will contact the local vendor when the magazine receives a report of a seizure, Guccione said during an interview at his suite at the Drake Hotel here July 15.
