Francis (right), Devon Loch, the Grand National Steeplechase entry owned by Great Britain's Queen Mother Elizabeth, takes the last jump in the event still in the lead. However, a few seconds later, the horse stumbled in the straight, fell behind and finished out of the money in the event. Winner was E.S.B., second was Gentle Moya; and third was the Aly Khan's Royal Tan.
