(Original Caption) Shouting, gesticulating London police mingle with newsmen and eager, would-be "customers" July 31st outside the Beatles' Baker Street boutique, Apple.The Beatles, "tired of the business of being shopkeepers" according to a spokesman, are closing the boutique and giving away one free article of merchandise to each "customer" until the shop's stock is exhausted. As of July 30th, more than $24,000 worth of stock had reportedly been given away.
