GORI, GEORGIA - 2017/09/15: Statue of Stalin seen in Gori. For the whole world, Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin who was ruling the Soviet Union from 1941 - 1953 is a dictator. In Gori, today Georgia, where he was born as Ioseb Dzhugashvili, he is considered for a hero. His museum was opened there in 1957 and is still attracting visitors. House where he was born is still standing there in the main square, protected by marble building. Many people in Gori think that life was better in times of communism and Soviet Union. Stalin has a lot of respect there. Even in the museum, facts about his dictatorship which caused death of 20 000 000 people, are hidden.
