Harold Johnson Falling Onto the Mat
(Original Caption) Stiff as the well known mackerel, Harold Johnson, number one light-heavyweight contender, goes to the canvas for the full count in the second round of his fight with Boardwalk Billy Smith in Philadelphia last night. Mr. Smith wears what seem to be a look of surprise as he stands behind his falling antagonist. He was the underdog until this moment. Mr. Smith's triumph, however, had the usually fly in the ointment. His purse was withheld because of a writ of "foreign attachment" served by a former manager who claims a share of the Atlantic City slugger.
