(JS) DENVER ,CO--FEBRUARY 4TH 2009--University of Colorado student, and member of the University of Colorado Student Union, <cq> (student government) Hailee Koehler, right, talks with CU student, Derrek Eldredge, <Cq> 19-years-old, as Eldredge picks out his favorite package of Top Ramen noodles at the University Memorial Center Wednesday afternoon. Koehler and other student government members were passing out the free noodles for a campaign to raise awareness of "State cuts to higher education" which would according to the group, raise tuition, again. The student leaders were hoping to to inspire their fellow classmates to lobby their friends, family and state legislators to continue to invest in public higher education.
