Mexico City, MEXICO: A Venezuelan with his mouth taped (with the RCTV initials) protests against the closure of the broadcast station RCTV (Radio Caracas Television) outside the Venezuelan embassy in Mexico City on May 27th, 2007. Venezuela's oldest network RCTV will be shut down at midnight, after President Hugo Chavez decided not to renew its license.
