The play was from Cleveland's Al Smith to Sam Dente to catcher Tom Hegan, (4), who was made put out. Looking on is Indian coach Red Kress, (42). More than 57,000 fans watched the Yankees salvage the last game of their three game series with Cleveland by winning 4-3 on Andy Carey's single in the 11th inning.
