Alameda central, but this is the plaza at the bellas artes building. In the background we see the Latin American tower, in mexico is called torre latinoamericana and is the first high rise built in mexico it has been around for several earthquakes when it was built it was one of the highest buildings in the world it was built from 1948 to 1956, and now is part of the centro or downtown Mexico city skyline obviously one of the most famous buildings in the city.
