According to the Association: "Casa Alberto, located in Calle de las Huertas and dating back to 1827, is housed in the same building that Cervantes lived in when he wrote Journey to Parnassus. It’s a traditional establishment whose offerings include vermouth on tap, tripe, oxtail and Madrid-style cod. Its walls are decorated with paintings and photos of its clientele: figures from the worlds of bullfighting (tickets are sold in the nearby Calle de la Victoria, which is also home to Hotel Victoria), theatre (the Teatro Español and Teatro de la Comedia are a stone’s throw away) and sports."
