STEWART IS A TWO TIME NASCAR CHAMPION AND A LEGEND ON THE RACE TRACK WHERE HE COMPETES AT WHITE-KNUCKLED, HEART POUNDING SPEEDS UP TO TWO HUNDRED MILES PER HOUR. NBC's Jenna Bush Hager reports live on-camera in-studio. EJ: EXT DAY 3 MS: Stewart stands on a platform with two crew members while holding a NASCAR trophy as crowd cheers in VO and confetti falls. MS: Various shots of Stewart walking on a small stage on a race track and waving to the crowd. MS: Stewart's race car races down a track. MS: Stewart drives his race car. EXT DAY FORT WORTH, TEXAS AT TEXAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY 2010-08 MS: Hager, wearing a car racing uniform, walks on race track and says "I have a need for speed." MS: Hager walks near a "Welcome To Texas Motor Speedway" sign as GFX flames are seen behind her. MS: Hager smiles. INT FORT WORTH MS: "Tony Stewart Smoke Show" patch on Hager's uniform. EXT DAY FORT WORTH AT THE TEXAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY MS: Overhead shot of race cars competing as Stewart's car causes a nine car pileup and cars crashing into a wall. INT FORT WORTH MS: At the meeting Stewart says (about the pileup) "It was basically a yard sale. A lot of spare parts for cheap." MS: Various shots of Hager sitting and listening. MS: Hager and Stewart shake hands as Stewart says "Hi, how are you?" and Hager replies "Scared." EXT DAY FORT WORTH MS: Crew standing around race car number 14. MS: Stewart in the car's driver's seat. MS: Hager, standing outside the car, asks Stewart sitting in the car "Tony-what do I need to do to stay alive today?" and Stewart replies "All you got to do is hold on. I'll do the rest," and laughs when Hager asks why he hesitated saying "yes" when she asked "You promise?" MS: Stewart looks at the unseen camera and says "I'm going to scare her." MS: Various shots of Hager and Stewart in the race car before it races down the track. CU: Low shot of the race car racing down the track. MS: The race car races down the track. MS: Inside the car Stewart drives as Hager yells. MS: Overhead shot of the car racing down the track. MS: The car races down the track as crewmember waves a green flag. MS: The car slowly drives inside a tented area as in VO Hager yells "Awesome." MS: Hager stands near the car and says "I can breathe. It was very fun! But now it's my turn to take the wheel!" MS: Stewart stands with Hager next to the race car in the tent area and says "This is just a reminder: Do not mess up my ride!," and when Hager says she's not going to go as fast as Stewart but she will beat Matt Lauer Stewart replies "Oh yeah, there's no doubt we're gonna beat Matt Lauer." EXT DAY INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA 2003-08-01 AT THE INDIANAPOLIS MOTOR SPEEDWAY MS: Lauer, in race car uniform, holds both arms up in the air while leaning out of a race car. INT FORT WORTH MS: In interview in the tented area near the race car, Hager asks if Stewart's slogan is Smoke Show and he says it's good enough, and asks if it's Tony The Tiger which Stewart replies "No" and says he won't roar, laughs when Hager roars, and says "I'm even more nervous now." MS: Hager reports on-camera leaning out of Stewart's race car and points to an inscription "Don't mess up my ride!!!" with Stewart's signature written on the car near the door. MS: Stewart, seated in the car's passenger seat, asks unseen person "Is my will up to date?" and laughs when Hager, seated in the driver's seat, says "Stop you're freaking me out." MS: Low shot of the car slowly driving out of the tented area as a clunking noise is heard and the car stalls. MS: Rear shot of Stewart and Hager in the car as Stewart repeatedly tells Hager to push the clutch in. MS: The car drives out of the tented area. MS: Inside the car Stewart tells Hager who is driving "Okay, pop it." MS: Rear shot of Stewart and Hager with Hager driving. MS: The race car races on the racetrack. MS: The car races on the track as superimposed speedometer shows how fast the car is moving. MS: Crew member waves a green flag and yells "Go Jenna" as the car races past on the track. MS: Rear shot of Hager and Stewart in the car with Hager driving as in VO Stewart says "We're gonna die." MS: The car races around a bend. MS: Inside the car Stewart motions with his hand and tells Hager "Okay, slow down." MS: Overhead shot of the race car racing down the track and missing the turn for the pit area. MS: Inside the car blurry and shaky rear shot footage of Stewart and Hager as in VO's Stewart laughs and Hager swears (words are bleeped out). MS: The race car slowly driving over grass as ground crew members run to the car and push as in VO Stewart says to push the car to the grass. MS: Inside the car Hager thanks the grounds crew outside the car as in VO Stewart says it's all good. MS: Ground crew member (faces unseen) removes window cover from the car as Hager, seated next to Stewart, tells the crew member "Sorry I missed the turn." MS: Stewart and Hager in the car as Stewart talks while unfastening his helmet and Hager cheers as shot becomes freeze-frame with GFX super (Hager's speed) "134 mph" seen. STILLS: Split screen of Hager cheering in the car with GFX super "134 mph" and of Lauer leaning out of his race car's driver door with his arms up in the air and GFX super "123 mph" seen. EXT DAY FORT WORTH MS: Crewmember (faces unseen) unhooks Hager from her car seat as Hager says "134. Eat dust Matt Lauer." MS: Hager and Stewart in the car as crewmember (faces unseen) unfastens Hager from her seat and Hager asks what was the most frightening part and Stewart replies "The part where I'm tugging on the steering wheel to the right and you're tugging on it to the left. That might have been the most terrifying part." MS: Slow-motion black and white footage of Hager steering the car and tugging on the steering wheel to the right as Stewart, with his hand also on the wheel, tugs it to the left. MS: Hager and Stewart in the car as Stewart removes his helmet and gives a relieved expression. MS: Stewart kisses the ground next to the car. MS: Stewart and Hager stand at a podium as in VO announcer says "Jenna Bush Hager" and confetti falls as Hager cheers and she and Stewart hold raised hands.
