Senator Schumer challenges Attorney General Barr statement that president can terminate falsely alleged investigations

New York Senator Chuck Schumer says a day after Attorney General Bill Barr testified to the Judiciary Committee about the report of special Counsel Robert Mueller that Barr had a theory of the unitary executive before his nomination for Attorney General, but he so crassly and boldly asserted in testimony before the Senate Judiciary committee that based on false allegations the president did not have to sit back and allow an investigation to proceed but could terminate it, Schumer asking if the president solely could determine a false allegation.
