Activist Demand Greyhound stop collaboration with ICE
MANHATTAN, NY – AUGUST 23, 2019: Pro-Immigration activist demand that Greyhound Lines, Inc. (intercity bus carrier) stop collaboration with ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement). Demonstrators rallied outside of the Port Authority Bus Terminal and marched inside the terminal and stood in front of the Greyhound ticket hub. ICE, DHS (Department of Homeland Security) and Border Patrol agents board buses with Greyhound consent in search of undocumented immigrants and asking for proof of US citizenship.
