Men's Health Magazine's David Zinczenko joins Giada De Laurentiis live in Studio 1A. Zinczenko says there are a lot of health foods that are actually health imposters. He says you don't ever have to diet this year. He says you can lose up to 12 to 50 pounds by the time the ball drops in December without ever dieting or feeling deprived. He discusses the fat and caloric differences (noted in the supers) between different foods (bran muffin and ham, egg and cheese on an English muffin, chicken Caesar salad and grilled chicken on mixed greens, tuna melt and roast beef sandwich, chicken wrap and grilled chicken sandwich, and turkey burger and 7 ounce sirloin steak) noting how the weight you won't gain during the year by making the right choices.
