Actress Sharon Stone and her husband Phil Bronstein walk outdoors at a Golden Globes Awards ceremony. Actors Julia Roberts and Benjamin Bratt stand outdoors with others outside an awards ceremony. At Drago's Gym instructors help clients do Pilates on machines. Black and white slow-motion footage of Pilates creator Joseph Pilates (ph) doing Pilates seen. Gallagher says (part voice over) everyone should be doing Pilates because Pilates is better than other systems, and notes what Pilates is. Man does Pilates and in interview says it gives people a sense of balance and poise. In interview Pilate trainer says Pilates gives people a sense of awareness. In interview Pilates doer say she's more flexible than when she was 20. That woman does Pilates with instructor Carol Dodge Baker (ph). Baker leads Richardson through Pilates basic exercises and explains how a Pilates workout is tailored for the customer. Richardson tells Baker it feels good to elongate her muscles. Krizinatzka says (part voice over) she has seen people go from wheelchairs to walking and dancing again through Pilates. Krizinatzka leads class in Pilates. Richardson reports live on-camera in-studio and does live x-talk with NBC's David Bloom.
