Congresswoman Jackson Lee supports firearms background check bill for interpreting Second Amendment

Texas Representative Sheila Jackson Lee supports the Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2019 in debate, arguing it seemed even though facts were disputed in a subcommittee hearing it could not be disputed that people die by guns in the hands of people not regulated, that people should be able to defend themselves or the prosecutors prosecute those with gun possession but it begs the question what is the question, the interpretation of the Second Amendment being that no one be kept from keeping and bearing arms which the bill would not prohibit but giving common sense and dignity to those who died at Columbine High School, Atlanta, Wedgewood Baptist Church, Living Church of God, Redlake High School, Northern Illinois, Santa Fe in Texas, Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School And Sutherland Springs, Texas.
