(Original Caption) American Korean turncoat Clarence Adams is shown in this 1954 photo when he was a prisoner of war. He crossed through the Bamboo Curtain on May 26th, after more than a dozen years in Communist China. He is reportedly en route home to Tennessee, to see his mother. Adams walked across the border with his Chinese wife and their two children.
