MAR 7 1972, MAR 10 1972, MAY 19 1972 Big Mac's Head Shows White The shaven head of Big Mac, the 1972 National Western Stock Show's grand champion steer appears almost , totally white when shown by his current handler, Charles Dreher, Thursday in Arapahoe County. Show authorities announced Thursday that blood tests showed Big Mac's sire wasn't an Iowa black Angus as claimed by his exhibitors, but a Colorado Charolais bull, who some persons say is the steer's sire, does "qualify" in the tests. Willard Simms, National Western general manager, has slated an inquiry for next Thursday to determine if Baig Mac should lose the title. Exhibitors told Denver Post Friday plans aren't complete about participating in inquiry. Credit: Denver Post (Denver Post via Getty Images)
