American Doctor Volunteers To Treat Wounded Near Ukraine's Eastern Front

The hospital in Sloviansk, which has been operating with no running water for about a month, is less than 8 miles from Russian held territory in Ukraine and is operating with less than a third of the staff it had before the start of the war with Russia.
