On the table at police headquarters are parts and materials for making home made bombs which were found in the garage of George Metesky, suspected mad bomber. Metesky, 53, was arrested last night at his home in Waterbury, Conn., as a result of disclosures made in an exchange of letters with the N.Y. journal American. Police said Metesky confessed to planting of 32 bombs over a period of 16 years.
