A picture shows tea "Bouquet d'or" (gold bouquet) at the French luxury Tea House, Mariage Freres, on October 11, 2011 in the Louvre gallery, under the Louvre Pyramid, central Paris. Mariage Frères tea company was founded by the brothers Henri and Edouard Mariage in Paris on June 1, 1854. The last owner descending from the founding family was Demoiselle Marthe Cottin, who found two young and enthusiastic foreigners, ready to carry on the legacy of Mariage Frères, Dutchman Richard Bueno and Kitti Cha Sangmanee. Bueno died after a terrible illness in 1995 and Kitti Cha Sangmanee now runs the company alone. Mariage Frères has established guiding informations on the art of making fine tea, and this for all of their hundreds of teas : selecting water, selecting a teapot, temperatures, infusion times, quantities of tea to use, etc. AFP PHOTO JOEL SAGET (Photo credit should read JOEL SAGET/AFP via Getty Images)
