Pet Food Pantry In Reading Pennsylvania During Economic Hardship of Coronavirus

Reading, PA - April 29: Suzanne D'Alonzo, Community Outreach Programs Manager carries pet food to a person's car. During Spike's Pet Pantry, held by Humane PA in the parking lot of FirstEnergy Stadium in Reading Wednesday April 29, 2020 in response to increased need due to the coronavirus outbreak. People there to receive pet food drove up, and a worker with Humane Pennsylvania put the food they needed in their car. They distributed 98 bags of dog food and 50 bags of cat food to people in 75 cars before running out. The event was scheduled to begin at 12:00, and people were lining up as early as 10:30.
