Michigan Congressman Fred Upton says at an outdoor press conference with members of the Problem Solvers Caucus in a push for consensus bipartisan emergency coronavirus relief legislation that he did not want to leave coal in everybody's stocking Christmas time because of Congress failure to take action, hospitals in his district were 100 percent full and predictions were that they would double again in two weeks, asking where workers and patients were going to go.
