Facing food scarcity and expensive prices, she longs for traditional, fire-cooked meals but struggles to afford them. Additionally, she lacks essential items for her babies and worries about their safety in the makeshift tent where they'll reside post-birth. Despite medical advice, Rua’s blood count is nine, barring her from the operating room due to fears of complications from potential bleeding.
